 Thank you for purchasing Kris courses. We assure that our learners have a rewarding learning experience whether it is classroom training or self-paced training. As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on Kris eLearning Portal, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Kris Konsulting, Green Garden Apartments, Deonar, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - 400088.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Kris eLearning Portal, accessible from https://krislms.com/.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

 For Self-Paced eLearning:

Raise refund request within 3 days of purchase of course. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 1 module or 10% of the content (whichever is less), or downloaded any of our study materials, videos, or any supporting materials on the course from our site. Any refund request beyond 3 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. Approved refunds will be processed after deducting 10% of the course fee as administrative charges.

For Instructor Led Training (ILT):

No refund is permitted within 3 days of the scheduled course commencement. However, participant substitution is allowed - the original enrollee may nominate an alternate participant to attend in their place. Substitution requests must be communicated prior to course commencement.
